Seeking an IT Project Manager  to oversee the application of project management methodology to manage our Cloud Journey, with responsibilities that include project design, scope management, cost control, quality, and performance reporting.

IT Project Managers are responsible for managing the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives. 

Job Responsibilities:

 • Develop, track and manage project plans, timelines, and scope.

• Promptly identify and communicate challenges and roadblocks.

• Manage project resources including developing, motivating, coaching, and advising.

• Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.

• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans, and procedures.

• Ensure appropriate Cloud development, Path to Production, and CI/CD processes are being utilized.

• Make presentations to project sponsors.

• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.

Candidate must have the ability to manage portfolio of projects to track risk, schedule, scope, and cost.  Effectively partner with leaders and other teams across Client.   Ability to communicate clearly and interface diplomatically with all personnel.  Crisp/concise documentation skills – meeting notes, leadership summaries, PPT, etc. Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to work with remote team members across multiple time zones Experience working with an Enterprise company, managing multiple initiatives.

Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined Agile software process.

Needs to have capability to manage and execute 10 scrum teams in partnering with client FTEs

Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Ability to execute test strategies, generate innovative ideas with team and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Must be good in team management and leading the team in technical upskilling.

Technical Skills:

·C#, MVC, Web API, Angular4, .Net

·WCF/Web API/ Web services, JQuery , JavaScript, Ruby, Cucumber

·ATDD/BDD Implementation Exposure

·Exposure working in Cloud technologies

·SDET Methodology – DEV & QA activities by same engineer

Candidates must possess significant experience in managing testing environment with multiple projects. Candidate must be well versed in:

• HP ALM
